Compass holds the Community Association Manager (CAM) license in Colorado and is qualified to offer services to Commercial Associations in both Colorado and North Carolina. Examples of Commercial Associations include office business parks, medical office “condo” buildings, retail shopping center developments, and industrial parks. These properties consist of individually owned units/lots, which, in accordance with the Governing Documents for the development, are part of an Association. The Association is responsible for maintaining the common areas of the development, including, but not limited to parking lots, walkways, streets, landscaping, irrigation, snow removal, waste removal, and lighting. Each Association’s specific responsibilities will vary by property type and will also be detailed in the Governing Documents. Compass considers each property type, the Governing Documents, and the Board’s feedback and then uses that information to customize each contract to best meet each Client’s needs.
